Enginuity Online Training Refund Policy

Enginuity Online Training is committed to providing practical, high-quality online training and fair outcomes for our customers. 

Change-of-Mind Refunds Change-of-Mind Refunds 

A change-of-mind refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that: 

  • the online course has not been accessed or commenced
  • no assessment has been attempted
  • no certificate has been issued and
  • course materials, templates or downloadable resources have not been downloaded.

Once course access has occurred or digital materials have been downloaded, a change- of-mind refund will not be available. 

Course Problems

Please contact us promptly if:

  • you cannot access a purchased course
  • the course is materially different from its advertised description
  • a significant technical problem prevents you from completing the course or
  • the service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill.

We will investigate the issue and may provide technical assistance, replacement access, provide an extension, credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Live Online Training

A live webinar or virtual course may be transferred or cancelled without charge where at least 5 business days’ written notice is provided. 
For cancellations made fewer than 5 business days before delivery, a substitute participant or transfer to another available session may be offered instead of a refund.

Cancellations by Enginuity Online Training

If we cancel a course and cannot provide a suitable replacement date or alternative delivery method, customers may choose between: 

  • a full refund of the affected course fee or 
  • account credit for another Enginuity Online Training course. 

Refund Requests 

Refund requests must be submitted to:

Order details required: Customer name, course name, purchase date, order or invoice number, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
